What are the delivery times for your products?

We take 1-2 business days to process your order and you will receive it within 3-9 business days.

 

I am a businessman what  can you offer to me?

First, we offer to you preferentials prices on all our products. We help you to plan your projects with lights. We can train you to make the installation as simple as possible. And we're here to answer all your other questions.


Where do you ship your product from?

Our warehouse is located at 360 10e rang Saint-Gédéon, G0W2P0,QC,Canada.

 

Do you charge shipping?

All orders from 100$ give you free shipping. Valid for orders delivered to Canada and the USA.



Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, a follow-up of your order will be sent to your email as soon as we have made the delivery.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us an image of the damaged item at info@ambiancedomotique.ca
with the title : broke + order number,
and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

I do not have any electrical knowledge, can I install your products by myself?

Yes, exception for product such as Intelli Safety Box wich as the mention must be installed by an electrician. With the help of our simple diagrams and our exceptional after-sales service, the installation of our products is for everyone.
You are safe with the DC12V, there is no danger of electric shock. 


I still not have received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, shipping may take longer than expected due to unforeseen events or holidays. You can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at the following address : info@ambiancedomotique.ca with the title shipping + your order number.


Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
